How is Healthwise Studio different from a yoga studio
Founded by psychologists, Healthwise Studio offers a fresh approach to self-care, one that brings focus to the connection of your mind, body and spirit through the practice of yoga and mindfulness.
Is there a place where I can change and store my things during class
Healthwise Studio has changing rooms as well as cubby space for your clothing, shoes, other and personal items during class. We recommend you leave any valuables at home/work or bring them into the room with you for the duration of class as the storage areas are not secure.
Does Healthwise Studio have showers
We do not currently offer showers but restrooms are available for changing clothes and freshening up.
